Laurence Gavey - Titanic Second Class Passenger
Mr Laurence Gavey was a second class passenger travelling back to Elizabeth, New Jersey, United States aboard the maiden voyage of RMS Titanic; he had travelled to Guernsey, in the Chanel Islands, to visit his family there, and boarded Titanic at Southampton on 10th April 1912 to return home.
He was born on 9th April 1886 in Vale, Guernsey. He moved to America in around 1907.
He did not survive the Titanic disaster and his body is not known to have been recovered afterwards.
