Asuncion Durán Moné - Titanic Second Class Passenger

Asuncion Durán Moné was traveling aboard Titanic as a second class passenger with her sister Florentina Durán Moné. After visiting their father in Barcelona, Spain, they were travelling to Havana, Cuba. They boarded Titanic at Cherbourg, France on 10th April 1912.

Asuncion Durán Moné was born in San Adrián, Spain in around 1885.

She and her sister escaped the sinking Titanic on 15th April 1912 in the port side Lifeboat 12. Both safely arrived at Carpathia, the rescue ship, and were taken to New York, from where they continued their journey.

There is currently little else to find about Asuncion Durán Moné.
